  • Each Wanderlust experience is a bespoke culinary event, designed around the season, setting, and dietary restrictions.

    Pricing is based on your chosen format and guest count, with a minimum investment of $1,500 + HST.

  • Once a date is chosen and preliminary details are gathered, a follow-up will be made to request a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the selected date. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. The deposit can be made via e-transfer or in cash.

  • If cancellation occurs and re-booking is not possible, the deposit will be retained. This is because our team will have committed to reserving their time in an already packed schedule, turning away other opportunities for that specific date and time. Should you wish to reschedule, the deposit can be transferred to a new date. We kindly request a minimum of 5 business days' notice for cancellations.

  • For parties of four or more, additional staff is required to ensure a smooth and exceptional dining experience. These professionals will assist throughout the evening, enhancing every aspect of your event. Please be aware that the inclusion of extra staff will incur an additional charge.

  • The team will bring everything necessary to prepare the food, but may utilize any kitchen appliances you have available. All we request is a clean kitchen and adequate fridge/freezer space upon our arrival.

  • Wanderlust is perfect for small, intimate gatherings, with hand-selected plates and cutlery provided for up to 10 guests. Planning a larger group? I'd be delighted to accommodate you. While you're welcome to set the table with your own place settings, I can also recommend trusted rental companies if you prefer.

  • We would be happy to come to you! Please note that additional travel charges may apply based on your location.

  • Feel free to bring your own beverages (BYOB) and curate your selection, or consult with us for expert recommendations. For an elevated dining experience, we also work with a trusted wine partner for exclusive Wanderlust events, offering curated wine pairings. Additionally, a sommelier or bartender can be brought in to guide your guests through the perfect pairings.

  • The timing will be tailored to your event, but typically, the chef will arrive about 2 hours before your guests to ensure everything is perfectly set up. After serving the final course, I will discreetly wrap up and leave your kitchen spotless, allowing you to fully enjoy the experience without any concerns.
